What if my SSA says "Folder is Empty"?
Step 1. Right mouse click on the folder and select 'properties' from menu that appears (Should be the bottom selection)Step 2. Click on the 'Security' tab (Should be the third over from the left)
Step 3. Click 'Edit' next to 'To Change Permissions, Click Edit'
Step 4. Click on 'Users' and ensure 'Allow' is checked for each permission.
Step 5. Click 'Apply'
Step 6. Repeat that process for 'Authenticated Users'.
