How do I fix problems I'm having with SSA?
Please try either:A. Exiting and then reloading SSA
-or-
B. Selecting a different folder in SSA with 'Browse', and then again clicking Browse and reselecting your video folder.
Also important to note:
SSA for Mac is currently working exclusively with videos in QuickTime format (.MOV), so please download your Mind Movies to your folder as QuickTime for a Mac.
SSA for PC is currently working exclusively with videos in Windows Media Video format (.WMV), so please download your Mind Movies to your folder as Windows Video for a PC.
