It’s hard to believe that 2018 is only a few months away from wrapping up. Where does time go?
Every year I like to get a list together of some of my personal favorite writers and content creators that have inspired me. And this year, I wanted to make sure to share some of my favorite health blogs and lifestyle blogs that I’ve been keeping up.
It’s not always easy (and probably is somewhat impossible) to live a healthy lifestyle 100% of the time. Especially as we juggle our daily demands and workloads but these blogs are so inspiring that they help guide you in the right direction to make healthy choices for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Here are my 12 favorite health and lifestyle blogs this year:
1) Tiny Buddha
I love Tiny Buddha! So much creativity and great success stories. It’s one of my favorite “feel-good” blogs. If you haven’t checked them out - the time is NOW! ;-)
Mindbodygreen has very unique content and lots of fun recipes, along with tips for mindfulness, parenting, and much more. Even if you’re not a parent (as I am not), this blog is packed full of great tips and advice for everyone!
3) JJ Virgin
JJ is a great friend of mine, but she’s also a big role model for all things health. She shares her wisdom about food and offers programs for weight loss, healthy eating, and recipes. There’s always something new and exciting for you to check out!
The Healthy Maven is a one-stop shop for all things “lifestyle” - she even has a podcast!
This is a great resource for natural and organic products. I love reading reviews and getting ideas for things to try!
This has been around for a while, but continues to create great content that feeds the mind, body, and soul!
7) Blissful Gal
This blog is full of great lifestyle tips - including travel, fashion, and beauty tips! I personally love a girly blog from time to time, and this one satisfies me quite well!
Wit and Delight shares everything from parenthood advice to interior design and lifestyle tips.
Run by a husband and wife team, this blog covers everything from fashion and food to parenting and travel.
10) My Fitness Pal
You may already have this app, but the blog is just as great! It’s a great way to hold yourself and even others accountable for healthy, positive lifestyle choices. It actually makes tracking progress fun!
Run by a nutrition coach and personal trainer, this is a great go-to for food and fitness advice.
I just stumbled upon this recently, and I love it! Healthy eating at its most fun form! Plus just look at the title of the blog, can’t get much more creative than that! :-)
