Have you ever worried about an outsider hacking into your computer, your finances, or your life? From putting a virus on your laptop, to damaging your credit, or taking over your identity, it can be a really scary thought.
But what's even more frightening, is the thought of someone else hacking into your biology and tampering with the essence of who you really are. If you aren't in control of your mind, body and reality, that could quickly become the case.
So how do you prevent that from happening? Well, the best place to start is to learn where your vulnerabilities are and then take steps to strengthen those weak areas.
Here are 3 ways you should hack into your own system, so you'll always be performing at your best level and you'll be much more prepared for invaders. (Note - It's good to practice these strategies on a regular basis)...
Hack #1 - Your Mind
People often compare the human mind to a computer. When you think about it, it's a pretty good comparison since all of our past experiences get 'programmed' to our internal disk and become embedded as memories.
The idea behind mind hacking is to clean out all of the excess information that is no longer serving you and reprogram your mind with empowering thoughts and beliefs that help you function at full capacity.
There are many methods of brain hacking: hypnosis, brainwave entrainment, subliminal messaging, meditation, and visualization are just a few of my favorites, and are also among the most effective.
Try out any of these mind hacking tools and find one that works best for you to keep your mind running at peak performance!
Hack #2 - Your Body
While the brain is like the software of your human computer, your body serves as the hardware. Teaching your body to work with your mind is a great way to get your entire system in flow and operating on a positive vibrational level.
There are a number of ways that you can 'hack' your body - using tricks or tips that allow you to access more of your natural potential.
Some helpful body hacks that can improve your mental and physical health include: knowing which foods are best for your body, knowing how much water you should drink and when, having the ability to reset your body clock, improving your posture, plus so many more!
Also, make an effort to focus and actively listen to what your senses are telling you, rather than simply absorbing what's happening around you. When you're in tune with what your hardware is saying - the whole system will run much more smoothly! :)
Hack #3 - Your Reality
Reality, as we see it, is the result of what we've done, what's been done to us, and how we've responded. Experiences and memories shape the way we think and feel about our physical reality and this usually determines how we react to situations.
If you're like most people, you probably see your current reality as stagnant and unchangeable.
But, what if you could re-write the subconcious blocks inside your mind that are causing you to feel this way?
